However, during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All orders will be processed same day if placed before 2:30PM.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase. Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that tracking information may take a short time to become active after receiving the email. All orders will have a tracking number available.

    • In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, it may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will reach out to you to confirm the correct shipping details. Additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.
